The Spirit and the Soul
Bible studies on the body, spirit and soul, death, and eternity.
“And may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”1 Thessalonians 5:23
The Spirit and Soul is a series of Bible studies on what a person is, body, spirit and soul, and what Scripture says happens when we die. Each study works from the original Hebrew and Greek, testing popular teaching against the whole of Scripture rather than later philosophy and tradition. The Spirit, Soul and Eternity sections each hold a study you can read online, with the scriptures, questions and discussion points set out for personal or group study. Every paper can also be downloaded from the Downloads page to print, share or work through offline.

Soul
